Jesus: After my resurrection, I appeared to the students again and again. Once, I did like this.
Simon Rock, Thomas, Nat, John and James, and two other students were together.
SIMON ROCK: I'm going fishing.
THE REST: We're going with you. That will be fun.
Jesus (V.O.): They went out and got in the boat. They caught nothing that night. When the sun came up, I showed up standing on the beach. But they didn't recognize me who was about a hundred yards away.
Jesus: Good morning! Did you catch anything for breakfast?
SIMON ROCK: Not yet!
JESUS: Throw the net off the right side of the boat and see what happens.
JESUS (V.O.): They did what I said. All of a sudden there were so many fish in it. They weren't able to pull it in.
JOHN: It's our Leader!
JESUS (V.O.): When Simon Rock heard that it was me, he threw on some clothes, and dove into the sea. The other students came in by boat, pulling along the net full of fish. When they got out of the boat, they saw a fire laid, with fish and bread cooking on it.
JESUS : Bring some of the fish you've just caught.
JESUS (V.O.): Simon Rock joined them and pulled the net to shore.
JOHN: It is 153 big fish! And even with all those fish, the net didn't rip!
JESUS: Ok! Breakfast is ready.
JESUS (V.O.): Not one of my students asked, "Who are you?" They knew it was me. I then took the bread and gave it to them. I did the same with the fish. This was now the third time I had shown myself alive to the students since being raised from the dead. I was having a really good time with them.
After breakfast, I said to Simon Rock.
JESUS: Simon Johnson, do you truly love me more than these?
ROCK: Yes, my Leader, you know I love you.
JESUS: Feed my lambs.
Simon, Johnson, do you truly love me?
ROCK: Yes, Sir, you know that I love you.
JESUS: Shepherd my sheep.
Simon, Johnson, do you love me?
JESUS (V.O.): Rock was getting embarrassed because I kept on asking.
ROCK: My teacher, you know everything. You know that I love you.
JESUS: Feed my sheep.
Rock, when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted, but when you are old, someone will lead you where you do not want to go.
JESUS (V.O.): I sort of indicate the kind of death by which Rock would glorify me.
JESUS: Rock, Follow me!
JESUS (V.O.): Turning his head, Rock noticed John following right behind.
ROCK: My teacher, what's going to happen to him?
JESUS: If I want him to live until I come again, what's that to you? You follow me.
JESUS (V.O.): Then later, a rumor got out that John may not die. But that is not what I said. I simply said, "If I want him to live until I come again, what's that to you?”
That is it! There are other things I did, while I am with them. But let’s stop here, because if I explain everything, it will take a long time. So, good night! See you soon.
(Jesus walks away.)
